Who We Are

Vanguard Cleaning Systems GTA West is the Area Franchisor for the Greater Toronto Area West region, licensed by Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Inc. to use the Vanguard Cleaning Systems® trademark and franchise system. We support a network of independently owned Unit Franchisees who provide commercial cleaning services to customers in our region. We are the party responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

Information We Collect

When you submit our Contact / Facility Assessment form, we collect your first and last name, company name, facility address, phone number, email address, facility type, estimated cleanable space, approximate monthly contract value range, and any message you provide.

Like most websites, we may use analytics tools that automatically collect non-identifying technical information about your visit, such as general location, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and the type of device and browser you're using.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to evaluate and follow up on facility assessment requests, to communicate with you about our services, and to improve this website. We use any automatically collected analytics information to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it over time.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the information you submit with our own staff and franchise owners, where necessary to evaluate or respond to your request; with service providers who help us operate this website (such as hosting and analytics providers), who are only permitted to use your information to provide those services to us; or as required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not share your information with Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Inc. or other Area Franchisors outside our own region, except as necessary to operate this website, or unless you separately interact with the corporate Vanguard Cleaning Systems website, which has its own privacy policy governing that separate site.

Some of our service providers may be located outside of Canada, including the United States. When your personal information is transferred outside Canada, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection.
